Valencia is the city of Paella, the archetypal Spanish dish. Its basic ingredients are rice and saffron. Then it can be with white meat (chicken, rabbit) or with fish and seafood as squids, mussels, prawns…There are a lot of combinations.
Valencian cuisine is also very rich in vegetables, fresh seafood, rice, meat and fruits.
The region of Valencia is characterized by the presence of many hills where almond trees, cherries, carobs, olive trees and a big variety of bushes and Mediterranean plants are cultivated. The lemon trees, the palm trees, the kitchen gardens and cotton cultivations represent the richness of this Southern land. This cultivated lands, usually in terraces, are dominated by grain growth and arboriculture. Men have create a very sophisticated system of irrigation so that it’s possible to make up for water.
The school is situated in the heart of the city of Valencia. It has 10 spacious classrooms with air-conditioning, all of which are perfectly equipped. In addition the school has a library, a video room, a students’ room, a computer room and rooftop terrace.
